Driving directions from north:
Go South on I-25
Take Martin Luther King Exit (staying in left lane). Turn left onto Martin Luther King (staying in middle lane) you will be going east. Turn left onto Oak St. (staying in right lane), now you are going north. Turn right onto Las Lomas NE (between Total Community Care & Plaza Inn), going east. Go half way up the hill on Las Lomas and we are on the right side (white one story building with black trim).

Driving directions from south:
Go north on I-25
Take martin Luther King Exit (this exit becomes Oak St.), you are going north. Keep going straight across Martin Luther King (staying in right lane,) still going north. Turn right onto Las Lomas NE (between Total Community Care & Plaza Inn), going east. Go half way up the hill on Las Lomas and we are on the right side (white one story building with black trim).
